The chalets are a touch of the rustic charm set on a rise in a unique setting surrounded by tall gums. Located on a 7.5 hectare (approximately 20 acres) property the chalets offer guests a quiet secluded getaway.An environment which allows you to wander through nature's beauty if you so desire or simply sit under the verandah listen to the birds and enjoy the tranquility. (As shown on channel 9 Postcards WA program) The location in Stoneville is less than 1 hour's drive from Perth.

The chalets offer the choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms queen size and single beds.
All chalets come equipped with colour TV, Video recorder, DVD/cd player, tea/coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery for 4, microwave and large fridge for those extra long stays, all towels and linen provided.

Some chalets also have a washing machine. Free wireless broadband internet access. There is also a complementary outside barbecue for use by guests.

Note that the chalets have limited cooking facilities i.e. microwave inside and gas barbecue outside only. For heating and cooling all chalets have reverse cycle air-conditioning and each comes with its own relaxing spa.
To give you total privacy each chalet is located at least 20 metres from each other.
The Mundaring Weir and Lake Leschenaultia are a short drive away and are perfect spots for having a barbecue, picnic or a leisurely walk. For those that still have the energy after a day's outing and want to go out for dinner, there are a number of excellent restaurants only minutes away in Mundaring such as the Loose Box, Ming etc. to choose from.

Cancellation policy
Cancellationof chalet reservation with less than 7 days notice will incur loss of deposit or any monies paid.
No refunds will be given.
A noshow will be charged for entire stay as booked.
Any items left by guests will be held for 30 days and then disposed off.
A non-refundable administration charge of $20.00 to all booking changes and cancellations.

 

Important Notice

All chalets are non smoking inside, if any evidence is found that there has been smoking in the chalet we will charge your account a extra $220.00 as compensation. There are smoking pots outside of each chalet for your smoking convenience should you wish to smoke.

 

This has been brought in because of complaints of non smokers who have had to put up with the stale tobacco smell after a previous guest has vacated ( who was a smoker) and also because the smell has been so bad at times we were unable to hire the chalet out for the next night.

Any items taken damaged or broken will be charged to your account
If after vacating your chalet we need to spend 20% over the normal cleaning time of 1.5 hours we will charge you $60.00 per hour or part there of for the extra time taken.
