The Anglican Church, Mann St
consecrated in Nov. 1914 is worth a visit.

, Mundaring National Park, Lookout off the Mundaring Weir Rd, gives an excellent view of the weir and surrounds

Mundaring Weir - walk across the wall, visit the museum, enjoy the gardens.

Swimming - Bilgoman Pool, Mt Helena Aquatic Centre, Lake Leschenaultia.

Walking - Heritage Trails, Kep Walk, Town walks, John Forrest National Park walks, Mundaring Weir walks, Lake Leschenaultia, The Bibbulmun Track.

Cycling - Heritage Trails, Mundaring Weir tracks, John Forrest National Park mountain bike (Eagle Trail), Munda Biddi Track.

Golf Courses - Mundaring Public Course (sand greens) close to town, scenic 18 holes.  El Caballo, grass greens, 18 holes, at Wooroloo. 

Picnic Areas


There are many delightful spots around the district.    The Sculpture Park, Fred Jacoby Park, Weir Gardens, Lake Leschenaultia, John Forrest National Park, Greenmount National Park, Mundaring National Park (south of the weir), Hovea Falls and Park Falls are ideal for family picnics

Bees Neez Apiaries

Bees Neez produce a honey that is as pure and natural as nature intended.  Also a range of body lotions and lip balms using beeswax and natural oils.

Karakamia Sanctuary

Karakamia is a privately funded  sanctuary established to help save endangered animals indigenous to the  Darling Scarp.   The public is admitted for a number of pre-booked guided walks and nocturnal spotlighting.
